Jodi Schwartzel

Jodi Schwartzel is a member of Florida Trust’s Investment Management team partnering closely with individuals, families and non-profits to help them achieve their financial goals, managing investment portfolios designed to support their long-term aspirations and legacy objectives. Drawing on extensive experience, Jodi conducts fundamental research across sectors, market cycles, asset classes, and global economies. She also serves on the firm’s Investment Committee, guiding portfolio strategy, investment analysis, and asset allocation decisions for the firm. Before joining Florida Trust, Jodi was the Southwest Florida Business Development Manager at Morgan Stanley. Earlier in her career, she was a Financial Advisor with UBS Financial Services in Fort Myers. Jodi earned a bachelor’s degree in Communications from Ringling College of Art and Design in Sarasota, Florida. She later completed the Certified Financial Planner™ curriculum at Florida State University and holds FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 licenses. An active community leader, Jodi has served on nonprofit boards, including the Sanibel Captiva Zonta Foundation, Sanibel-Captiva Conservation Foundation, Southwest Florida Catholic Community Foundation, and Sanibel Sea School. She is also honored to hold the rare distinction of Lifetime Girl Scout.
